Gripes about yesterday's NYT: ARMEE crossing IDEE, and GALE clued as {Kind of force}.
Kudos to David Liben-Nowell (a name I don't recognize) for today's NYS theme. On the one hand, the theme made most of it quite easy for a Friday; on the other, the SW corner killed me.
