Tani has started drawing his own comic book series

Actually, this is in collaboration with a friend from camp. Tani did "volumes 1 and 3", with number 5 to come; his friend is doing the even-numbered issues.

I don't know how much it will make sense without Tani's explanations, but I give you: The Amazing Adventures of Super Baby!

This is incredible! My brother and I made Superbaby comics as kids in the 70s... some had little popup features. Blessings to Tani & his friend.

When I was his age, I was writing and illustrating Power Mouse.

I should probably note that Power Mouse was my own comic, done in pencil on white paper and then folded and stapled into a book. It was not something professonial. :-)

Sure, that makes sense. Amazing adventures, Doctor Doctor and Doctor Evil, naptime, a robber, some evil cackling, army of killer robots, very loud noise, spaceship (?) lands/crashes on police station roof.

Then in episode 3 we have Tom and Tim; Tim has an electricity gun which Tom originally mistakes for a toy. They then shoot the heck out of a whole lotta dudes, which lands them in prison. Unfortunately the cops didn't search them, because they brought a stick of dynamite, which they use to blow out the barred cell window (protected from the blast by two conveniently located giant L's).

The cops show up, and chase them, but Tim and Tom carjack a yellow rectangle (apparently the cops also forgot to take their electricity guns when they were jailed), and the cops stand around dejectedly, as one exclaims, "They made good their escape."

Then Tim and Tom are seen ominously approaching a lonely house, and we turn the final page to see the shocking sight of....

SUPERBABY TO THE RESCUE!!! He lands on the roof of the house, easily fending off Tom's desperation grappling hook attack, and simultaneously fries Tim with electricity and Tom with a laser.

Pretty much, yeah. I think the yellow rectangle says "Taxi" next to it, so maybe they didn't even carjack it.
