Anyone else out there remember "The Adventures of Bet Man and Robin Yod," a comic strip in a magazine called (IIRC) "Haolam" that was aimed at Hebrew School kids in the 1970s? I'm drawing a googleblank.....

I should have known you'd remember. (I should have just called you. On second thought, apparently, posting in LJ was faster).

"World Over", "Haolam" --- I knew there was "world" somewhere in the title!

Thanks....

I had a letter in the October 10, 1980 issue. It was my first publication.

Heh, no, but my father used to bring home the Christian version of the Archie comics from his church. I gobbled them up because we generally didn't get comic books in the house.
