I have posted my Purim Puzzler even though Purim is not until Thursday night, so that anyone who wishes to print out copies to distribute in their communities (at shul or in their mishloach manot) has a chance to do so. Although the puzzles are copyrighted, I grant permission to distribute them as long as they remain unmodified, including with my URL and copyright notice.

The hints and answers won't be posted until Purim.

A superficial knowledge of the Purim story will be helpful for one puzzle, but other than that all the puzzles are accessible to a general audience.

Thanks to my testsolvers: [livejournal.com profile] jeffurrynpl, [livejournal.com profile] vettecat, [livejournal.com profile] abbasegal, [livejournal.com profile] squonk_npl, [livejournal.com profile] tinhorn2, and of course the always helpful and wonderful [livejournal.com profile] introverte

Enjoy!

Thank you! We had a lot of fun with it, and learned something, too. Great job!

...such a bad Jew. I had to have the internet explain the punchline to me.

Very cool! Rather fried at the moment, but I'll try to sit down with it soon...

Just letting you know we used it again last night at our version of the Equinox party, and it went over great! Thanks again... we're looking forward to tackling more of your puzzling efforts!

You know, it occurs to me that you probably put a LOT of time into this, and here I've used it twice and enjoyed it greatly. I don't want to insult you, so please don't take this the wrong way... but would it be appropriate to offer you some sort of payment?

Just keep spreading it around and keep inflating my ego by telling me how much you enjoyed it. That's payment enough.

My brother and I had fun working on this Erev Purim. Thanks for writing it.
