Since someone asked me via email, I thought I'd re-post the information about when we're planning to see The Drowsy Chaperone:

Wed. Apr. 23 in Boston, front row balcony on the aisle (P-1,3,5,7), with [livejournal.com profile] introverte, [livejournal.com profile] mabfan, and [livejournal.com profile] gnomi. If anyone else wants to come that night and sit near us, you'll have to make your own arrangements (that's why I gave our seat numbers) --- and we hope you will!

What more do you need for an evening's entertainment?

Somehow, when I pictured the first time [livejournal.com profile] introverte and I uttered the words "You're not wearing that to school, young lady!", it never occurred to me that the circumstances would be Alissa insisting (with shrieks and tears) that she just had to wear her nicest Shabbat dress to nursery school.

While cleaning for Pesach I picked up the "Five Unforgettable Puzzles" booklet that came with the Wordplay DVD and started idly flipping through it. I noticed the following line in tiny type at the bottom of the solutions page:

Puzzle and answer keys proofread by Ellen Ripstan

Ouch.
