I've been so busy with other things (Israel trip, Mystery Hunt, and my SPOM) that I've neglected my musical compositions and my Dafcast translations.

So: Now that the SPOM is handed off, I'm going to try to buckle down and finish translating Masechet Megilah in time to have a siyyum at the party.

When I last worked on it, I got through the end of 11a. The final daf is 31. So there are 20 dapim to go, and just over four weeks. That's five dapim a week --- intense, but not out of the question. So, the goals are:

by Feb.  8 -- daf 14
by Feb. 15 -- daf 19
by Feb. 22 -- daf 24
by Mar.  1 -- daf 29
by Mar.  8 -- daf 31 except for the last few lines 

I'll try to post my actual progress against these goals. Sideline cheering-on will be appreciated. :-)
