Given how very visible figures in the haredi community paint Modern Orthodoxy as Frumkeit Lite (or worse), this kind of backlash had to happen sooner or later.
If the Koren Siddur uses the same Hebrew typeface as the Koren Tanach, I won't be buying a copy. The Koren Tanach is what they use for haftarahs at my shul, and the reshes that look like dalets give everyone fits (and lead to frequent mispronunciations).
