For a change, I've been able to work on an issue of PandA magazine the week it comes out. My status behind the cut, in case it's spoilery.

Solved to date: Tricks, Treats, Creepy Crawlers, Graveyard Robbers, Bobbing for Apples, Parental Guidance, Costume Shop.

For Creepy Crawlers, I think I got the right final answer from the extracted letters, but I don't have complete confidence in my answer. I'm encouraged because I think it fits into the meta.

Graveyard Robbers -- I'm lacking 1A, but I can extract an answer anyway. The answer I get, though, doesn't seem to relate to the puzzle theme and doesn't fit the way I think the meta works. I also don't like the way I extracted the second letter of the answer, it seemed to work in the opposite direction from the others.

Apples -- There are two possible answers, but only one fits the way I think the meta works. On the other hand, I have a few other answers that don't fit the way I think the meta works.

Costume Shop -- I have an answer that seems unassailable, but again I don't see how it relates to the puzzle's theme and I can't fit it into the way I think the meta works.

Scream -- I have 12 answers (lacking the last in the list) and some ideas on how to map a couple of them to the rest of the page, but am mostly stumped on the mapping. Certain capital letter fragments recur, but I don't see how to use that yet. Given the style of the puzzle, I'm expecting something phonetic.

Who are you -- I have who's who and years. Tried using the years as an ordering mechanism and as an indexing mechanism into the names, to no avail. Stumped for now.

Ahahahahwell. Mostly I'll just look over your shoulder and snicker occasionally, but I'm dying to know how you think the meta works. (Note that there's no clue-giving in that statement, since from where I'm sitting, you could have the right idea about the meta and be wrong about the answers that don't fit, or vice versa, and I have no way to tell.)
