I think a lot of folks would have trouble following this without the syllables underneath the notes.

Option 3 doesn't work for me at all. My eyes keep skipping between the column of text and the columns of music, even after I've chosen which music column I'm using. I'm still for Option 1.

Does the other music in the siddur have translit under the music (like options 1 and 2) or not (like 3)?

I prefer option 1; I really don’t like seeing the passage broken up by the sheet music, although option 3 feels less intrusive than option 2.

However, it’s been an extremely long time since I was invited to daven pesukei from the amud, so the weight of my opinion should be discounted accordingly.

Speaking as a reader of neither music nor Hebrew, I like the visuals of option 3 but think option 1 would be the easiest for an actual reader to use.
