OK, Crossword-technology geeks amongst you...

As a favor for a friend I threw together a crossword puzzle for the newsletter of the camp that he helps run. Now it turns out his layout guy needs an Illustrator EPS for the grid and I don't have a suitable tool for producing one. The litzed file is here -- anyone have a toolchain that they can recommend?

(And I know that the clues are, um, bad. This .puz file was from an early version to make sure the grid entries would be acceptable to my friend.)
