introverte made chicken osso buco from Kosher by Design Entertains. (Yes, that title parses: "Kosher by Design" is the title of a series of cookbooks.) Highly recommended.
And since everyone seemed really pleased with their FriNYT times, I decided to do this one against the clock. 12 minutes even, which doesn't put me injeffurry's or toonhead's league (not to mention others who don't post their times -- or Orange and her 5:14) but which is quite fast for me. Which I won't take as a sign that I'm getting that much better, but rather as a sign that after Thursday's bonecrusher, Will decided to give us an easy Friday.
