rhuNoticed this morning at the supermarket: A Western Union sign that says "Send money to Nigeria. Or Worldwide." And I have to wonder: Nigeria? Is there a large Nigerian expat community in Brighton that's sending money to relatives back home? Or is Western Union subtly encouraging people to fall prey to 419 schemes?
