Recently read in the NYTimes:

A concert review of Ferdinand Hiller’s “Destruction of Jerusalem.” I'd never heard of the piece or the composer before, but am intrigued and will try to find a recording.

An article about kreplach that left me feeling hungry, saddened, and loved.

Was this what you were reading as we waited to get into Watertown Square yesterday morning? I found myself thinking...if only I had brought a paper.

Nope. Yesterday I was reading the note to the readers about the new formatting of the navigation guides.

I was the first car at that light through three cycles. People were really unbelievable.

Yeah, I was right next to you through them; I considered honking and waving, but decided you were engaged in your paper, so why bother you. OTOH, the old guy in the grey (Towncar?) finally set me off with the horn; he could well have pulled up out of the intersection, then back into the lane he needed further up. Mostly I feel sorry for the bus driver and all his passengers; no part of the light cycle gives him a way out.
