Looks like a much better commute for you -- great! (One of the things I loved about working in Waltham was the 15 minute commute on a bad day!)
Is TC II still open? Though I see from the map that it would be about equidistant for you to go home for lunch. That should make for a nice sukkot!

TC2 is open, and yes I'll probably have lunch there occasionally. And double-yes, going home for lunch on sukkot will be wonderful.
