Poor choice of words

Perhaps the New York Times could have done better than

AFTER 7 YEARS,
 TALKS COLLAPSE
  ON WORLD TRADE

Maybe

AFTER 7 YEARS,
 GLOBAL TRADE
  TALKS FAIL

But "World Trade" and "Collapse" never again belong in the same headline in a New York newspaper. [Edited to add: And not with "After 7 years" in the year 2008]

When I saw that headline this morning I was definitely surprised by what the article was really about.

It got me to start reading the article, though.
