A nice touch in Saturday's NYT puzzle.
The clue "0-198-61186-2, e.g." was clearly asking for "ISBN".... but the ISBN for
what? A moment with Amazon.com revealed it to be the ISBN for the OED. (And not the dinky little two-volume set with magnifying glass.)
