The nightmare is almost over

Arrest warrants are apparently out for the Rubashkins. The OU is threatening to suspend their hechsher within two weeks if management isn't replaced. Rumor is that the Rubashkin beef line was shut down yesterday.

Yesh din v'yesh Dayan. (At least, I'm choosing to be optimistic today.)

Seems there should have been a lightning bolt a while ago if yesh Dayan were functioning properly. But I'm waiting to see what OU will do to verify that things have really changed.

Of course there's a dayyan. That would be the guy (or gal) in the long black robe who sits next to the American flag.

If the Agro management feared the Dayyan in heaven only as much as they feared the dayyan in the black robe...
