All of today's cases in Cambridge settled before voir dire. We never had to leave the jury pool room.

I was surprised that Malan got the "auf" so soon (not that his wasn't the worst design this week). And I have to wonder what parts of the Vincent/Angela situation were left on the cutting-room floor, so to speak.... he claims he had to rip out her work but we never saw him let her get anywhere near the garment --- not that I blame him for that. When time permits I'll listen to Tim's Take.

And now we know that the rules violation (a) isn't Malan, and (b) will happen later in the season.

If the rule in question is that "no competitor is allowed to strangle a fellow designer," then I'd wager the coming violation will somehow involve Angela.

Doesn't surprise me, I've been called twice and both times never got beyond the waiting room. Got some reading done, though. :-)
