Machzor for a beginning reader

Alissa has started reading. Very simple books, but still: yay!

And it means that when she comes to synagogue this weekend, during the musaf amidah when everyone is reading silently for fifteen minutes, we have a chance for her to not be bored. She's very motivated, especially about tefillot, and so I thought that it would be a worthwhile exercise to try to write a simple translation of the Musaf Amidah for Rosh Ha-shanah that adopts the repetitive style and simple vocabulary of a children's book, but that captures the essence of each of the berachot.

So, here it is. Comments and suggestions for improvements are welcome.

Yes, but currently with primary emphasis on latin alphabet/English.

If she's still learning to read Hebrew, might you want to bump up the size a bit? The Hebrew is small compared to the English and there's room. Maybe it was just me, but coming from a language where all the letters were the same size, it took me a while to really settle into reading the itty bitty Hebrew vowels. Dunno if that would apply to her.

I'll play with that; the point is more for her to realize that the text under it is transliterated Hebrew; those are things they do in Hebrew singing in school, so I'm figuring she'll do them by rote once she realizes what they are.

And yes, during the aseret yemei teshuvah, many people have the minhag of saying oseh ha-shalom instead of oseh shalom. I'm in the middle of making desserts at the moment or I'd look up the source and the reason.
