A Simpsons moment

My car was significantly damaged in a rear-end collision last week. (Thank God, no one was seriously injured.) I was looking over the damage appraisial; one of the items is

Repl Emblem "H" factory installed $13.67

and all I could think of was Superintendant Chalmers "crying like a baby"
