Tom Reilly just spammed me. Now, I'm not such a naïve absolutist as to immediately eliminate him from consideration just for this; for all I know, he may nonetheless be the least objectionable candidate. But it's a definite minus.

Now if everyone announced that they'd vote for no candidate who spams them with emails or calls you at home with automated messages ... OK maybe I do get pretty close to absolutism sometimes.

I wonder what his office would say if you told them you don;t appreciate the spam and would rather not receive anymore?

I haven't been spammed, but we've received repeated phone calls (all automated -- can't these guys get any HUMAN volunteers?) from Gabrielli. It's a mark in my book against the guy, even if I remain solidly "undecided."
