We DVR'd this episode and just got around to watching it tonight. I noticed the code in the credits too. I wondered what that the heck it was all about, so I Googled "John Thurloe" and "Inspector Lewis" together, and your question here is the second of seven search results.
Do all Inspector Lewis episodes have codes in the credits, or just this one? Have you noticed any others before?
