So with all the recent traffic on the NPL list about spoilers, which led into a question about the word LANAI, I was glad that no one on that thread mentioned the fact that LANAI would show up in today's puzzle. :-)

I must have seen it at least 5 times this week while going through my stack of unfinished puzzles (finally nearly done).

And to think I never heard of the word until I started watching the Golden Girls.
